Moving to a new city can feel overwhelming, so we set out to make it easier, more personal, and a little more beautiful. For Amplify Real Estate Services, I created a custom Spokane Relocation Guide designed to both generate leads for their agents and provide genuine value to people relocating from out of town.

The goal was twofold: help Amplify’s agents start meaningful conversations with prospective buyers early in their journey, and showcase Spokane as the vibrant, welcoming city it is. The guide highlights local neighborhoods, dining, outdoor recreation, and the small details that make Spokane such a great place to live, all wrapped in an elevated, cohesive design that feels distinctly Amplify.

We built it to function as both a digital download and printed piece, giving the team flexibility to use it for open houses, online ads, and personalized outreach. It’s more than just a brochure; it’s a marketing tool that builds trust, captures interest, and reflects the brand’s modern, community-focused approach to real estate.
