Working with Zoe (@bitemesb) was such a highlight for me. She’s passionate about Santa Barbara’s small business community and uses her platform to celebrate the makers, bakers, and business owners who make the city shine. From the beginning, I knew the website needed to feel like her: fun, approachable, full of personality, and a little cheeky in the best way.

We started by building out a structure that made it easy for users to explore restaurant guides, discover local spots, and connect with Zoe’s recommendations. The goal was to keep the design bold but clean, something that reflected her energy without overwhelming the message. I focused on creating an experience that felt playful and local while staying easy to navigate.

The final site feels like an extension of Zoe herself: bright, friendly, and full of heart. It captures what Bite Me SB is all about, good food, great people, and community connection.

Working with Zoe reminded me why I love collaborating with small business owners who are truly invested in what they do. She does so much to support others in Santa Barbara, and it was an honor to create something that helps her continue doing just that.
